DELIVERY

Receiving your items safely and on time is highly important to us.

This is why we only use trusted and traceable courier services.

Currently, we provide delivery option – using SPEEDY or ECONT

Please make sure that you provide your telephone number when checking out. This is for your local courier to be able to get in touch with you.

We ship worldwide and the delivery costs are different for all countries, depending on the shipping rates – please,contact us via email of phone for more info.

We provide free deliveries for orders over 250 Euro.- for countries other than Bulgaria

For Bulgaria we provide free delivery for orders over 150BGN

Delivery time:

  • Delivery in Bulgaria takes 2 – 3 business days
  • Delivery for other countries may take longer – up to 10 days.

We will send you a confirmation email and tracking number after we have shipped your order. Please note that during busy periods order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

In case you do not receive a parcel, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to solve it in the best possible way.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

VAT is included in the price.

OTHER THEORY’s main warehouse is based in the EU, therefore we ship from the EU.

International shipments may be subject to Customs and/or Import charges. Should any additional charges be imposed, Ross by Ross is not liable for the payment of these charges and they must be paid by the recipient. In case any parcel is refused and returned to Ross by Ross by the courier service, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please consider contacting your local carrier and customs service for more information about domestic costs as this is out of our hands.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Our customers’ satisfaction is important to us and this is why we try to serve you in your best interest.

If the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 3 days upon arrival – ross@rossbyross.com

Whether you opt for a full refund or exchange we are always happy to help.

Goods can be returned within 28 days of the original delivery date. For security reason we use special protection sticker – if the sticker will be remove, we can’t provide exchange or refund

Items must be sent back to Ross by Ross in accordance with the below instructions which apply both for exchange and refunds.

  • Items must not be worn; washed; ironed; protection sticker –not removed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Any items marked as ‘SALE’ cannot be refunded/exchanged

If you are not able to return the items within the four-week period, please send us an email and let us know of your intentions to do so – ross@rossbyross.com

In case we need to return you money for goods or services paid to us with a card, we will refund you by a credit transaction on the card used for the original purchase.

Ross by Ross will refund/exchange your purchase as soon as we receive the returned item/s. Bear in mind that in case of refund the funds may take up to 14 days to appear on your account statement.

Please kindly note that we could refund only the price of the item/s. Ross by Ross will not be able to refund any charges such as the delivery fee.

When shipping back to Ross by Ross:

  • Please make sure you use traceable postal services and obtain proof of posting, as we are not responsible for parcels damaged or lost in transit. In any of the aforementioned cases, we will make a deduction from the refund for faulty handling.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please mark the parcel as ‘returned goods’ in order to avoid additional duty charges.
  • Shipping charges are paid by the sender and are not refundable.
